We confirm both addresses and ask you to clarify if anything is unclear.
Get price options
We reply with current Uber and Lyft ride options and total prices, including our service fee.
Reply to choose
Reply with the number of the option you want. We book it and text you the driver and car details.
What the texts look like
Every message is about a ride you asked for. You text us first, and we only reply about your own trips.
First ride? We'll send you a one-time secure phone number to call. You enter your card using your phone keypad, and it is saved by our payment processor for future rides. You never have to text your card number.

Pricing
You pay the ride fare quoted by Uber or Lyft, plus a RideByText service fee of $2–$3 per ride. The full total is shown in your price options before you choose. There is no subscription and no charge to ask for a quote.
Who it's for
People with a basic cell phone, people who don't use ride apps, and anyone who would rather just send a text. You must be 18 or older and able to receive text messages.
Help & opting out
- Reply HELP to (929) 600-6427 for help and contact information.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing more.
- Reply START to begin using the service again.
